Gabriel Amine Bazerji moved to Beirut and established an independent company in Saifi in parallel with the mother company's commerce, as agent of: Plymouth, British Electric and several others. The family has been in the automotive, spare parts, tires, and accessories business since 1920, the year of establishment of the family firm "Amine Bazerji & Sons".

The family company established an independent operation in Lebanon to represent and distribute the following brand: Lancia.

Gabriel Amine Bazerji and his sons established the family firm “G.A.Bzerji &Sons (GABS) Importer / distributors of several Brands.
