Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor for Motorbikes to join our team. The ideal candidate is male professional with at least 7 years of experience in similar role, with mandatory motorbike riding skills. This role involves managing customer service needs, coordinating with the workshop, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with motorbike service and repair needs.
- Understand customer concerns and accurately document service requests.
- Provide service estimates and explain maintenance and repair options.
- Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service records and job cards.
- Test ride bikes when needed before and after service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as motorbikes service advisor.
- Must know how to ride motorbikes (mandatory)
- Strong technical understanding of motorbikes systems and parts.
- Proficiency in computer-based service management systems is a plus.
- Must be proficient in English (written and verbal) (mandatory).
