Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
- General Ledger & Reconciliations: Manage the general ledger, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and record complex journal entries.
- Process Oversight: Oversee day-to-day transactions like AP, AR, and payroll.
- Analysis: Analyze financial reports, variance analysis (budget vs. actual), and provide insights into management.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations (TDS, GST, etc.).
- Audits: Support internal and external audits.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
- Systems: Utilize and improve accounting software and ERP systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum degree of bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel, Microsoft Dynamic, Dolphin System (advanced skills often required).
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
