    Senior Accounting

    Job summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Accountant for Automotive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of daily accounting operation, ensure financial record accuracy, prepare financial statements.

    The ideal candidate is male professional with at least 10 years of experience in similar role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
    • General Ledger & Reconciliations: Manage the general ledger, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and record complex journal entries.
    • Process Oversight: Oversee day-to-day transactions like AP, AR, and payroll.
    • Analysis: Analyze financial reports, variance analysis (budget vs. actual), and provide insights into management.
    • Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations (TDS, GST, etc.).
    • Audits: Support internal and external audits.
    • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
    • Systems: Utilize and improve accounting software and ERP systems. 

    Requirements:

    • Minimum degree of bachelor’s degree in accounting.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel, Microsoft Dynamic, Dolphin System (advanced skills often required).
    • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
    • Experience in financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.

    Logistic Officer

    We are seeking a qualified and detailed oriented Logistic Officer with solid knowledge of the automotive industry to oversee and coordinate logistics operations related to vehicles, spare parts, and aftersales support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and coordinate all logistics activities related to automotive products, including vehicles and spare parts.
    • Prepare and transport parts from and to our warehouses.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Provide regular reports on logistics performance, stock movement and delivery status.

     

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 4 years of experience as Logistic officer.
    • Must have Commercial Driver’s License (Mandatory)
    • Strong technical understanding of automotive and parts.
    • Proficiency in computer-based service management systems is a plus.
    • Must be proficient in English (written and verbal)

    Spare Parts Officer

    Job summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Spare Parts Officer for Automotive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of automotive spare parts, inventory control, and supplier coordination.

    The ideal candidate is male professional with at least 5 years of experience in similar role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify, source, and supply correct spare parts for service workshop and retail customers.
    • Maintain proper stock levels and ensure availability of fast moving and critical parts.
    • Organize and maintain the spare parts warehouses to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.
    • Update inventory records and ensure accurate documentation of all transactions.
    • Support periodic stock counts and audits.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive spare parts operations.
    • Strong knowledge of automotive/motorbike parts and components.
    • Proficiency in computer-based service management systems is a plus.

The ideal candidate is male professional with at least 7 years of experience in similar role, with mandatory motorbike riding skills. This role involves managing customer service needs, coordinating with the workshop, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Welcome and assist customers with motorbike service and repair needs.
    • Understand customer concerns and accurately document service requests.
    • Provide service estimates and explain maintenance and repair options.
    • Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely completion of work.
    • Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate service records and job cards.
    • Test ride bikes when needed before and after service.
    • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
